You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt our web infrastructure or use automated systems to impair service availability.
2. Electroacoustic Measurement Disclaimer
While Sound Analyzer implements rigorous mathematical formulas adhering to IEC 61672-1 and ISO 266 standards, browser-based measurements are subject to the physical limitations, frequency response, and calibration accuracy of your consumer microphone and audio hardware.
Measurements provided by Sound Analyzer are for analytical, tuning, and monitoring purposes and should not be used as the sole certified basis for legal occupational noise litigation or life-safety compliance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary software algorithms, custom visualizer shaders, graphical interface designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Sound Analyzer.
You retain full ownership of any original audio compositions or recordings analyzed using our tools.
